How long will my order take to arrive?
Every compass is engraved to order and carefully prepared before dispatch. Here’s our estimated delivery timeline:
Engraving & preparation: 2–5 business days
Delivery: 7–14 business days
Estimated total: 10–20 business days from placing your order.
Is this a real working compass?
Yes. Every compass features a genuine working magnetic needle and is crafted from solid brass, making it both a meaningful keepsake and a functional compass.
Can I choose the engraving?
Yes. We offer a carefully selected range of meaningful engraved designs for different occasions, including gifts for dads, grandads, husbands, daughters, anniversaries, weddings and more. Simply choose your favourite design before adding it to your cart.
What is your returns policy?
We take great care to ensure every compass arrives in perfect condition. If your compass arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Will the engraving fade over time?
No. The engraving is permanently etched into the brass and is designed to last, making it a keepsake that can be treasured for years to come.
Do you offer custom engravings?
At the moment, we offer a carefully selected collection of engraved designs rather than custom engravings. We’re always looking to expand our range in the future.
